SalarySummary: Responsible for performing non-invasive duplex imaging and non-imaging Doppler studies of the extracranial and intracranial arteries as well as upper and lower extremity venous studies. Prepares preliminary interpretation for reading physician review, generates and maintains all records for both inpatient and outpatient vascular studies.

· Performs non-invasive vascular studies at all University at Buffalo Neurosurgery locations
· Produces ultrasound images and obtains all required measurements using various transducers and techniques in compliance with procedure standards as determined by Physician or directing provider
· Preparing reports which includes test data and a preliminary interpretation; types of examinations include, but are not limited to, extracranial cerebrovascular, intracranial cerebrovascular, upper and lower extremity venous duplex
· Assisting during invasive procedures in multiple different settings including the angiography suite/operating room
· Provide adequate information pertinent to clinical findings that will assist in final
· reporting
· Assists attending physicians with invasive procedures under sonographic guidance
· Cleans, stocks and prepares rooms on a daily basis
· Attends hospital and departmental meetings and in-services
· Attends/performs continuing education(CME) to maintain registry
· Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
