• Vaccination againstCOVID-19 is a requirement for all individuals. Alternatively, those seeking anexemption must submit proper documentation supporting their request.
• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
• Maintain required certification and registries, health requirements, and operational requirements. 
• Sonographer must always maintain a valid driver’s license and be able toproduce the license on demand.
