You must have the ability to work as a team member in a professional manner, in all aspects of surveying.
· Coordination with in-house or outside engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with the project is an important aspect of responsibility.
· Research, perform property boundary resolutions, property deed plots, prepare and/or review easement documents, review CAD drawings prepared by Survey Technicians.
· Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
· Project Management - Assist with the development of project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, professional service proposals and cost estimates.
· Reconnaissance - Conduct preliminary project site reconnaissance.
· Personnel Management - Supervise field and office personnel.
· Guidance - Assist with field personnel training needs/requirements. Mentor field survey personnel and provide field support (trouble shooting) relative to survey procedures and operation of survey equipment.
Requirements:
· Must be registered as a RPLS in Texas.
· A minimum of 1-3 years of experience (preferably in the topographic, boundary and construction surveying industry).
· A.S or B.S. in Land Surveying preferred (not required).
· Proficient user of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
· Good time-management and communication skills.
· Clean driving record.
