Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $17.00/hr
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11:30am - 8:00pm
Training On-site: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
(Training is on-site with no specific time frame. Once training is completed, the role will transition to fully remote.)
Candidate Requirements:
Must be a Registered Pharmacy Tech with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handled inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provided exceptional customer service and ensured a seamless experience for callers.
Delivered accurate information to callers and resolved their needs effectively.
Processed refills and scheduled shipments for patients or providers.
Provided appropriate follow-up and next steps for callers while adhering to policies and procedures.
Demonstrated flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs.
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Previous call center experience preferred.
Desired previous healthcare experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.
Registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required).
