Job Title:CSR Pharmacy Tech **Hybrid**
Pay: $17.00/hr
Training On-site:Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm **Training is on site / No time frame. Once training is completed then it will be fully remote**
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11:30am - 8:00pm
Location: Louisville, KY (40219)
Remote mainly. Must live within 100 miles of location of 5101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd. Louisville, KY 40219
Non-negotiables: Being able to be in the office when needed. Great computer skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Resolve the callers needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
Follow policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required
