Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a PRN Nurse to help in our Advanced Wound Care Clinic. The scheduled hours for this opportunity are 8:00A - 4:30P, Monday through Friday with NO WEEKENDS! 

About this unit:

• Clinic includes 5 treatment rooms and 3 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chambers.
• The Advanced Wound Center was named a National Center of Distinction by Healogics Inc.
• Fast Paced, Collaborative and Supportive team-based environment with amazing physicians to deliver high quality care.
• Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities.
• Rooms patients and assesses their wounds, in addition to changing dressings and other wound care activities. 
• Charts in a state-of-the-art, wound-specialized electronic medical record.

Responsibilities:

• Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience. Wound Care experience preferred but not required. 
• Must be a graduate of a college of nursing. ADN or BSN acceptable.
• Current Missouri RN License or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state required.
• BCLS certification required.
