Key responsibilities of the Staff Registered Nurse:
- Conducting assessments and reassessments
- Developing the care plan
- Implementing appropriate patient care interventions
- Evaluating the effectiveness of patient care interventions
- Supervising and coordinating other healthcare personnel
- Providing guidance and mentorship when needed
The Staff Registered Nurse will report to the relevant manager, director, or vice president.
For Mental Health staff, the ability to assist with physical patient restraint using the designated Behavior Management Technique System is required.
This role may entail additional physical demands and/or respiratory fit test prerequisites.
Job Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma or from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- Current BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days of hire
- Effective English communication skills
- Completion of department-specific competencies during orientation
Hospice Only:
- Current CPR certification (BLS not required)
- Preference for Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to drive, and proof of automobile liability insurance
Radiology Only:
- Current ACLS certification
Employee Health:
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to drive, and proof of automobile liability insurance
INTEGRIS Mental Health:
- If necessary, incumbents should be able to operate a vehicle owned by INTEGRIS or personally owned, possess a current Oklahoma State Driver's License, and have an acceptable driving record for the insurance carrier
Emergency Department Only:
- PALS certification to be completed within 12 months of hire
- ACLS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire
