    UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health Care Center (WHCC), located at our Roosevelt Clinic.
    WORK SCHEDULE
  • Full time / 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Our clinic is closed on nights, weekends, and holidays
    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    Our Women’s Health Care Center provides primary care and specialized care for a wide breath of gynecology & obstetrics needs. We provide routine and complex family planning, treatment for dysplasia and HPV, gynecologic surgery consultations, and gynecology services for both pediatric and adolescent patients. This is a great opportunity to join a team that always puts their patients first.
    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with our pre- and post-natal patients to provide consultative care
  • Play an active role on our WOMEN'S HEALTH phone line and handle phone triage on a daily basis
  • Perform NST testing and C-section teachings
  • Answer patient calls and eCare messages
  • Follow up on medical records and test results
  • Manage prescriptions and referrals
  • Provide nursing advice in person, via phone and via telehealth
    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of current or recent nursing experience in WOMEN'S HEALTH or OB/GYN care
  • Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
  • An active BLS Certification
