Experience:
• 10 months of Case Management experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Can be 5x8s (15:00 - 23:00) or 4x10s for shift.

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by
BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.
Special Requirements: Inpatient Care Management experience.

RTO Restrictions: No
RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
References Required - 1 required for submission. References covering 1 year of employment.
Return Staff Policy - 3 months between perm and travel
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN.
Maximum days off: 6 days
