As a Registered Nurse (RN) you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals struggling with substance use and mental health challenges at our new community mental health center. With a primary focus on the inpatient setting, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to achieve recovery and well-being.
How you will spend your time as a Registered Nurse- Overnight- Acute Care

• Make a direct impact on the lives of individuals in need, guiding them towards recovery and mental health stability.
• Facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families, coordinating transitions of care
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse team members.
• Adhere to strict documentation standards and comply with all applicable county, state, and federal regulations.

Skills & Certifications needed for the Registered Nurse- Overnights- Acute Care:

• Valid Colorado driver's license
• Unencumbered Colorado license as a Registered Nurse
• Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health issues
• Bilingual and Bi-cultural- preferred
• 1-year experience in a behavioral health setting- preferred
