Your Responsibilities:
- Meticulously plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration and disease prevention, while executing physicians' orders.
- Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment efforts, crafting care plans, and assisting physicians with rounds for seamless patient care.
- Offer compassionate observation, ongoing assessments, and tailored interventions to meet patients' physical and psychological needs, while maintaining accurate progress records.
- Thoroughly document all nursing activities to maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Adhere to optimum care standards, emphasizing safety and infection control precautions.
Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant Telemetry nursing experience
- CPR or BLS Certification
- ACLS and PALS Certification
- Recent Physical and TB Test (within one year)
- Willingness to travel within a 20-30 mile radius
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- Full COVID vaccination with booster shot
