Your Responsibilities:

• Meticulously plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration and disease prevention, while executing physicians' orders.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment efforts, crafting care plans, and assisting physicians with rounds for seamless patient care.
• Offer compassionate observation, ongoing assessments, and tailored interventions to meet patients' physical and psychological needs, while maintaining accurate progress records.
• Thoroughly document all nursing activities to maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Adhere to optimum care standards, emphasizing safety and infection control precautions.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant Telemetry nursing experience
• CPR or BLS Certification
• ACLS and PALS Certification
• Recent Physical and TB Test (within one year)
• Willingness to travel within a 20-30 mile radius
• Valid Driver's License or State ID
• Full COVID vaccination with booster shot
