An elegant long term care, skilled nursing facility located near.Hempstead.NY.is looking for compassionate and professional.RN Supervisors*
*_Salary: $105,000 to $110,000 + 100 per week towards travel_*
*As an RN Supervisor you will be responsible for:*
* Managing individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents' health through the nursing process.
* Utilizes clinical resources in implementing patient care and provides rationale for patient care decisions.
* Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve all residents' problems and needs
* Providing physical and psychological support to patients and their family members
* Monitoring residents' conditions and administering medication & treatments
* Supervising assigned team members.
* Completes Frequent Observations and the Intake/Outtake Record according to established protocols.
* Performs related duties, as required.
*Requirements:*
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NY
* Past experience working as an RN Supervisor in a Long Term Care Nursing Facility
* Knowledge of EMR systems
* BCLS, ACLS or PALS, required.
* Excellent communication skills
