Envision Healthcare at Home was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.
We are growing and we are currently seeking a caring and empathetic On CallNight Registered Nurse, who loves providing quality care to patients and families in Southern King County (south of Seattle) and Kitsap, Pierce, and a small part of Thurston County.
This position would have an On Call schedule his position would have an On Call schedule 7 days on and 7 days off. The hours will be from 5 pm - 8 am.

On-Call Night Nurse Duties:
- Make patient visits
- Coordinating all aspects of the interdisciplinary care and services provided to hospice patients and their families.
- Provides education to families and caregivers.
- Develops, implements, and reviews healthcare plans.
- Advocates for patients and their families
- Symptom management
- Promoting comfort and quality of life.
Requirements:
- Current RN license to practice in the State of WA.
- Current WA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience with at least one year in hospice or home health preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate excellent observation, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, and nursing skills per the competency checklist.
- Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
