We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for assessments/new intakes and supervisory visits On elderly and disabled. And also responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our cna’s and pca’s in the organization, which provides services to individuals with disabilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills, program development expertise, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other organizations to enhance services and resources for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in the field of developmental disabilities and behavioral health
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in program development and management
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
