SalaryWe are looking for an experienced bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse for the position of Health Educator at Quilez & Associates, Inc. Our company is dedicated to promoting cardiovascular health and well-being through our screening services. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our screening process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform consultations based on the results of biometric screenings, such as blood pressure, BMI, height and weight measurements, cholesterol and glucose screenings, and osteoporosis screenings.
- Conduct Mild Cognitive Impairment screening, PHQ-2 screening, medication adherence discussion, and smoking cessation during the consultation.
- Provide a list of local providers available on the iPad.
Qualifications:
- Certified/Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and technology.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Charlotte, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
