Positions currently open:

• PRN Evening/Night RN Charge Nurse / Supervisor

RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of compassion and resident-centered care to our residents through evaluation of nursing care and performance of charge nurses and CNA's. Monitors documentation within resident records for completion, accuracy and compliance with regulations. Compiling data collected through previous shifts for DON review. Managing staff assignments of oncoming and current shift.

Job requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year management/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record and electronic pharmacy software (PCC).
• Successful candidate will be possess high level interpersonal skills, communication skills, and be practiced in time management and conflict resolution.
• Hands-on care with compassion and leadership
• Supervisor will oversee Nursing and CNA staff
• Ensure care and services are delivered properly and timely
• Candidate will also interact with residents, family members, multiple departments and vendors
• Assist in re-stocking/inventory of supplies as needed
• Problem-solving and clinical nurse assessment skills

Position involves lifting, bending, reaching and twisting, long periods of standing and walking.

Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Pay: $34.00 - $43.00/hour

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
