As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in their end-of-life journey. Your duties will include:
Willing to cover Texas City and surrounding Areas
Must have hospice experience.
- Conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Performing minor procedures such as suturing wounds and providing wound care
- Providing specialized care for pediatric patients in hospice settings
- Assisting with airway management and ensuring patient comfort
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge planning strategies
- Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding end-of-life care options
Skills

EMR knowledge: Wellsky
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Experience in medication administration and management
