Title: Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RN

Facility Type: LTC/SNF

Locations: Albuquerque, NM 87109

Term: contract 8 weeks

Shift: 7am 7pm & 7pm 7am (Three Days in a week)
Local Pay: $45-46/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $2200/week gross for 40hrs/week
Start: ASAP

We have other locations like Gallup, NM & Santa Fe, NM.

REQUIRED:

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS/CPR preferred
• Min 1 -2 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts
• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing
