Aegis of Issaquah is seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Nurse Delegation. In this role, you will be responsible for delegating tasks to other nursing staff and assistive personnel, ensuring compliance with state regulations and promoting effective teamwork.
Location : 780 NW Juniper St, Issaquah, WA 98027
Hours : Part-Time ( 8 - 16 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient care needs and delegate tasks to other nursing staff and assistive personnel accordingly.
- Monitor and supervise the performance of delegated tasks to ensure quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide guidance and education to other nursing staff on delegation and patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of delegation and make improvements.
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license.
Minimum of two years of experience in nursing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of state regulations and standards for delegation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent patient-centered care skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
