Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking Registered Nurses for its SNF Facilities (2 Locations: Allentown & Fountain Hill operated by County of Lehigh)

• Registered Nurses: Full-time (80hrs), Regular Part-time (48hrs) positions available at our Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab Fountain Hill and Allentown locations
• Days 7am-3pm, Evenings 3pm-11pm, & Nights 11pm-7am
• Weekend differential $3.00/hr
• Shift Differential rate $4.00 extra 3p-11p & $2.50 11p-7a
• Work four (4) weekend shifts/month and every other holiday.
• PRN Positions avail starting at $42.42-49.46/hr
• Sign on Bonus FT & RPT RNs & LPNs
• Licensure Differential pay.
• Weekend Program Available (details listed below)

Registered Nurse Weekend program:

• Registered Nurse weekend program (not benefit eligible) every Saturday/Sunday 48/52 weekends 8 hour shifts only, 1 summer &1 winter holiday required.

Rates:$53.79-$57.09/hr

• Registered Nurse Weekend program RPT (benefit eligible) every Saturday & Sunday as well as 1-2 days/week, holiday rotation, 8 hr shifts.

Rates: $37.11/hr plus weekend and shift differential
