Our company is looking for RN's to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Takes and records patients’ vital signs. Dresses wounds and apples topical medications;
- Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniques;
- Assesses the residents condition and nursing needs, initiates appropriate nursing action.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead and motivate;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians and other team members;
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as a RN;
- Maintains regulatory requirements. Maintains resident confidentiality at all times;
- Attends monthly staff meetings. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner;
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time;
- Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices;
- Attends annual review and department inservices, as scheduled;
- Complete annual education requirements;
- Wears identification while on duty, uses computerized punch time system correctly;
- Completes inservices and returns in a timely fashion;
- Communicates the mission, ethics and goals of the facility;
- Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
