Position Insight
Type: Permanent, onsite
Minimum requirements: Must have at least 1 year of direct patient care experience.
Education: BSN preferred
Shifts Available: Day, Swing, NOC
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Compensation: $30.60 - 55.42/hr
Pay Differential: up to $3.75 per hour depending on shift.

Overtime Policy: 1.5x of hourly rate for every hour worked over during shift.
Sign on Bonus: May be eligible for a Sign on Bonus up to $10k
Facility Insight
CRM: Epic
Onboarding process: Drug screening (THC included unless prescription card available), background check, and updated vaccines.
Orientation process: 6 weeks on average with assigned Preceptor.
Programs: Nurse Leadership and Nurse Educator programs available.
Hiring Process: Offer extended as soon as 5 days from first interview with Hospital
