Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivers proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex;identifies current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations; critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses

Minimum Qualifications
Education

• Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing required; bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing enrollment required within 6 months of start date and completion within 3 years

Experience

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (associates degree of nursing minimum requirement) for new to practice RNs. For experienced RN roles: 1 year RN experience; 1 year of acute care RN experience strongly preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN-Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required upon hire. CPR certification

KSAs

• Basic math skills, verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills required
