- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, IV insertion, and wound care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in Pediatrics, Triage, Tube feeding, Laboratory, Athenahealth, Medication administration, phlebotomize, aliment, Acute care, Infection control is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
