Compensation / Benefits
- $33.87- $55.31/hr. depending on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $3.00/hr.
- Night differential $3.50/hr.
- Weekend differential $3.50/hr.

Nursing Resources provides 24/7 support for all nursing services. It combines Intake Coordinator, House Supervisor, House Resource and staffing coordinators. It is a fast past environment where team work, multi-tasking and critical thinking are key.
Responsibilities: - Coordinates patient throughput from all entry points of the healthcare system.
- Maintains administrative continuity within the healthcare system in the absence of administrative staff.
- Collaborates with nursing departments, ancillary departments and physicians to provide excellent patient care in the absence of managers.
Education
- Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Experience
- Three (3) years minimum medical-surgical and/or critical care.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Two years RN experience will be accepted if the RN has at least 6 months of RN experience within NRHS.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure / Certification
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training is required within 6 months of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
