RN mustbe willing to perform all service level nursing (routine, GIP, continuous, andrespite), must be willing to perform admission, SIA and death visits,must Licensedin WA and OR state nursing board, have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile serviceradius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate), clean background check in WA and OR, drug screening, Influenza/TB/Covidvaccination records, and valid auto insurance.Tech System:Wellsky Consolo. no Oasis, just HIS Submission requirements: 2 years of Hospice case management experience requiredAcute/Med Surg experience preferredBLS (AHA) - required for assignmentSkills checklist - completed within 1 year - requiredReferences - 1 required, 2 preferred Rate:75 OnCall:As needed WeekendDescription:As needed Certifications:BLS (AHA) StateLicenses:Washington Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:56
