**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at Infuse Mee Home Infusion Therapy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality infusion therapy services to our patients in the comfort of their homes. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient care will contribute to the success of our agency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer infusion therapy in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy and address any complications.
- Educate patients and their families on proper medication administration and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
**Criteria:**
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with infusion therapy, and critical care background.
- Certification in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) is a plus.
- BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Per diem
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
