Salary**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at our newly established Home Infusion Agency, Infuse Mee Home Health Care . As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality infusion therapy services to our patients in the comfort of their homes. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient care will contribute to the success of our agency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer infusion therapy in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy and address any complications.
- Educate patients and their families on proper medication administration and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
**Criteria:**
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with infusion therapy and Critical care experience
- Certification in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) is a plus
-BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
