SalaryA Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Patient Care Services/Nursing Supervisors. RN needs to perform home visits to patients who qualify for the Medicare Home Health benefit.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed
- (2) yrs nursing experience
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this agency
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Home Health
- Knowledgeable in completing the Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Transfer, Recertification, and Discharge Comprehensive Assessment with OASIS-C2 elements.
- Per-diem basis.
- Coverage area will be in San Bernardino and Riverside County locations.

Pay: $41.00 - $130.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

- BLS Certification (Preferred)
