We care for pediatric, adult and geriatric age patients of all backgrounds who require skilled nursing in their homes on a routine basis. Our patients having various medical complexities, depend on the care they receive from our nurses. We always strive to hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field.
We are looking to hire Registered Nurses who are able to work 4 to 12 hour shifts routinely. We pride ourselves on Flexible Scheduling, so our goal is to find cases that fit your scheduling needs. Essential Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to patients in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.
- Provide care to patients in person while in their homes.
- Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patient.
- Follow up with other team nurses, case managers and physicians as needed.
- Electronic documentation and paper documentation should meet the standards of state and federal guidelines for home care services, and should be performed and completed while at the patients home.
- Participate in continuing education as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure
- CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Trach care, G-Tube and Ventilator is a plus but not required.
- Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a fit to work physical.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
