Overview
Fairview Lakes Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Float Pool. Our team of nurses are trained to provide exceptional family-centered care throughout several units in the hospital. Each nurse is required to have a minimum of three areas in which they will be trained to float to: MS, ICU, ED, Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, or Surgical Services.

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedure, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.

- Float to Med/Surg, Emergency Department and ICU
- 12hour shifts

Qualifications
Required:
- Current MN RN Licensure in good standing
- Minimum of one year previous Emergency Department or Critical Care RN experience
- Minimum of one year previous Med/Surg RN experience
- BLS certification for a healthcare providers
- ACLS, by end of orientation
- TNCC within 1 year and/or successful completion of approved trauma training program within 6 months
Preferred:
- BSN or BAN degree
- CCRN
