Form of workWe are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for at the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30 bed inpatient unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible. Teamwork is essential. This is a surgical inpatient unit for elective surgery, with a primary focus on Joint Replacement and bariatric surgery. This unit also receives ENT & plastic surgery patients.

Requirements:
BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.
6 month minimum medical/surgical RN experience required. Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
BLS required.
Schedule: Evening/Midnights with shifts of 8 and 12-hour combinations of 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
