Registered Nurse (Rn)

Registered Nurse Job Description

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical center
- Administer moderate sedation for surgical procedures under the direction of doctor

- Monitor patients and assist during surgical procedures
- Obtain and document patient medical history and medications prior to surgical procedure

Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing with the state board of nursing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in ICU or ER with moderate sedation preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
