Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's condition and notify appropriate medical personnel of any changes
- Educate patients and their families about various health conditions and provide support and guidance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Adhere to infection control policies and protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Proficient in pain management, IV infusion, primary care, CT, laboratory, DME, catheter care
- Sound understanding of medical terminology and patient assessment techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to provide quality care

Pay: $70,720.00 - $81,120.00 per year
