SalaryThis position evaluates and provides comprehensive nursing care in a correctional setting while observing and maintaining the requirements of security.
Shift work required to include weekends, holidays, evenings and nights.

RN Hands-on Experience Pay (Hourly):
No exp. = $40.00
1 year = $40.69
2 years’ = $41.38
3 years’ = $42.06
4 years’ = $42.75
5 years’ = $43.44
6 years’ = $44.13
7 years’ = $44.81
8 years’ = $45.50

Signing Bonus*
Less than 3 years’ experience = $3,000
3 or more years’ of experience = $5,000
Tuition Loan Forgiveness Program*
(Up to $10,000 with proof of student loan)
- Receive $2,500 upon signing
- $2,500 every year for up to 4 years’
- Private or federal student loan(s)
- Any college, nursing or vocational school to obtain RN degree
*A two year buy-back agreement is required
