St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for Registered Nurse (RN) to work the following shifts;
Full-time - 3rd shift - 11p to 7am
* Full time (30 - 40 hours per week) and Part time is (16 - 30 hours per week) including every other weekend. Per diem (per diem requirement -4 shift a month minimum, 2 out of the 4 days need to be a weekend day)

Registered Nursejob responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
- Follow the resident care plan, recommend change as appropriate
- Seek direction from supervisors as needed and consult with the resident's attending physician
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting resident rights and privacy at all times
- Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
Requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or have received first dose prior to starting
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
