We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and document patient progress in the Alayacare medical record app.
- Obtain changes in physician’s orders as indicated by resident’s progress or lack of progress.
- Follow infection control policies and procedures.
- Maintain clean, orderly treatment cart and restock treatment supplies
- Communicate pertinent information about the resident's condition and progress to the Director of Nursing, as indicated.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures.
- Perform respiratory care using tracheostomy, gastronomy, and ventilator technology as indicated by the plan of care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
