Job Description
- Act as operational lead and strategic support to senior-level partner management staff in servicing a large, strategic health plan client and the numerous custom groups under their umbrella.
- Oversee the tracking and delivery of client projects to ensure on-time and high-quality project implementations, health campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Projectize and manage testing of current and future product enhancements in a lower testing environment prior to production rollout.
- Responsible for accurately representing and summarizing business requirements so that Mobile Health’s technical team can deliver on partner and client-level enhancements, updates and customizations.
- Conduct final level UAT testing of solutions to ensure client requirements have been met.
- Deliver quarterly, monthly and weekly client-level reports encompassing platform engagement, sweepstakes winners and tracking cross-book metrics.
- Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email.
- Daily management of inbound support email inbox, validating, triaging, and communicating issue root cause and closures, weekly external reporting.
- Lead regular client calls to discuss resolution and status of escalated issues.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5+ years account and/or project management experience required.
- 2+ years health and wellness industry experience preferred.
- Strong verbal, presenting and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are essential
- This job includes work with Personal Health Information. Completing training and adhering to established procedures to ensure information security will be critical in job success.
- Experience with healthcare (Health Plans, benefits, brokers, ACOs, etc.) is a plus.
- Jira use experience is a plus.
Job Location
- Majority of job function will be conducted from a home office location.
- Occasional travel to client site locations across the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
