Registered Nurse (Rn)

• $2,200.00 - $2,402.00 weekly working 40 hours
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

• Patient assessments
• Record medical histories and symptoms
• Carry out treatment plans as directed
• Administer medications
• Patient observation 
• Accurate documentation
• Patient and family education around conditions and treatments
• Providing emergency patient care.
• Following protocols and maintaining a safe/secure environment.

• WI or Multistate RN License in good standing.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Clean background check upon hire.
