SalaryTTI is a private, not-for-profit community-based mental health agency providing services and supports to individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities and emotional impairments. This position is community/office based; about 20% of your time would be spent in the community.
RN responsibilities include:
- Office and community-based position
- Provide health screening/treatment plan recommendations
- Liaison between PHCP and treatment team
- Coordinate discharge from medical/psychiatric hospitals
What you need:
- Knowledge of psychiatric nursing and psychotropic medications
- Broad knowledge of health care
- RN licensed in the State of Michigan
- Experience/training in mental health or substance abuse preferred
We are also offering a $1,000 signing bonus paid upon successful completion of your 120 day orientation period.
