- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with procedures such as dermal fillers or sterile processing as needed
- Conduct discharge planning and coordinate post-hospital care
```Qualifications:```
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [PA]
- Minimum [2] years of experience in [specific area of experience, e.g., children, senior care, home care, hospital]
- Proficient in medical terminology and knowledgeable about physiology
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols and sterile processing techniques
