What you'll do

• Be an important part of a dynamic team of residential supervisors, program director, and direct support staff, focused on compassionate and therapeutic service and care
• Participate in innovative initiatives designed to give clients appropriate information to make informed decisions about their care and treatment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure medication education and administration takes place
• Ensure medical documentation is accurate, timely and confidential
• Serve as lead in facilitating healthy living through medical appointments, dietary support, and health education
• Provide timely nursing assessments and be a leader in the care plan for our residents
• Utilize computer skill to navigate electronic health records

What you'll bring to the team

• NJ RN license in good standing
• Must have strong interpersonal skills that include excellent written and verbal skills, and a minimum of two years' experience
• Superior organizational skills
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
