As an Operations Associate at FELFEL you will be a vital part of our team, being hands-on in all aspects of the operational process, including the organization, packing, reporting and transportation of perishable goods.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting food items from various suppliers across NYC

Packing orders in the cool cell ready to deliver

Loading, delivering and unloading materials and food items to our designated destinations

Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of perishable goods

Adhering to traffic laws and regulations whilst driving in NYC

Coordinating effectively with warehouse staff and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations

Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time

WHO YOU ARE

You are a reliable and trustworthy individual with a passion for safe transportation and logistics in the bustling city of New York

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to speak and write fluently in English

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a consistent schedule.

Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects if required

You enjoy good food and delicious coffee!

You are a team player with a positive attitude and customer centric mindset, and flexibility is one of your strengths.

Start: As soon as possible

Employment level: 30 hours per week

Location: New York City

Salary range: Base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. For the state of New York, our good faith estimate range for this role, for 30 hours per week (75% basis), is between $45’000-$50’000.
