Job Title: Registered Nurse Psych
Job Location: Johnstown, CO 80534
Job Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of extension)
Shift time: 12 Hours – 7 am to 7 pm /7 pm to 7 am (any 3 days in a week)
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. on w2.

Need solid Psych RNs. Must work 36/48 rotating schedule. No schedule restrictions. Low to no RTO on other days.

About the Hospital:
- 72 beds
- 3-4 units open at any time.
- Combination of adult and adolescent patients
- Freestanding psych facility- no security
- Codes are responded to by staff.
- De-escalations and restraints are managed by staff if necessary.
- Requires 1 year of psych hospital experience. LTC is not Psych.
- CPI Preferred- if not, will do onsite.
- Orientation is 2 classroom days, 2 floor days if CPI certified.
- If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days.
- 1:10 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT help, but not always.
- RTO approved within reason, limited. No holidays. add profile cover so client can check with their schedule to make sure they can approve before offering.
- Navy Scrubs
- Exemptions Allowed: Yes, COVID and Flu exemptions allowed Medical or Religious
Skills:
- 1:10 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT but not always.
- Freestanding psych facility- no security
- Codes are responded to by staff.
- De-escalations and restraints are managed by staff if necessary.
- Willing to float to any unit combo of Adult & Adolescent
