What's Required:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Acute care, home care, or hospice experience is beneficial
- Infusion Nursing experienced preferred
Specific Duties:
- Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client's needs.
- Initiates the plan of care and revises as necessary.
- Provides those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Prepares clinical documentation, progress notes and required Daily Activity Record (DAR).
- Evaluates outcomes of care.
- Identifies problems and sets goals.
- Requisitions and manages equipment and supplies appropriate to care.
