We are looking for a Registered Nurse to be a Supervisor of our PM shift. This will be a full time management position. This position will include working on the floor, supervising the nursing staff, and working on the floor every other weekend. Pay: $36-$38/hr.
Job duties:
- Medication administration
- Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
- Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
- Observing residents and appropriately documenting
- Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
- Follow safety guidelines
- MUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Safely utilize equipment
- Participate in emergency fire or disaster drills
- Follow universal safety precaution
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of PCC is a plus
- Experience in memory care is preferred
