Title:Registered Nurse - PICU
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Pediatrics - ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours/week, required to work every 3rd weekend 7:00PM-7:30AM
Pay: Competitive pay depending on years of relevant and like experience. Plus, a lucrative sign on bonus available!
The Registered Nurse - PICU duties to include but not limited to
-Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served
-Conduct initial and ongoing assessments based on observation, patient/family interview, input from other health care providers and other pertinent data
-Collaborates with patients, families, and other health care providers to establish plan of care and measure outcomes
-Plan and coordinate patient discharge or transfer throughout the patient’s course of treatment. As needed, includes other members of the health care team in planning patient discharges
REQUIREMENTS:
-RN License
-2 years PICU experience required from a tertiary center
-PALS required
