Michigan Cosmetic Surgery is a premier provider of outpatient cosmetic surgery since 2003. We are seeking a dynamic, reliable RN who is a team player and full of compassion to serve as a PACU, perioperative Registered Nurse. The Nurse will provide compassionate care to cosmetic surgery same day surgery patients through preop and recovery. Includes assessing, and implementing patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preop start IV and check in preop vitals and patient education
- Consents and EMR documentation vitals
- Involve patient and families in education period instructions
- Monitor and support patient in recovery until meets discharge criteria
- Involve patient and families in post op education
- Monitor and support patient in recovery until meets discharge
- Circulate or provide support in ASC environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
