Pay rate: $67-$72/Hr.

On Call: $7

Charge Nurse: $3.5

Call Back: 1.5%

Job Description:

• IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
• Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health facility,
• First Time Travelers NOT Accepted
• Shift Requirements: 4x10s: 1100-2130
• 13-week contract available
• Certification Requirements: BCLS Required
• ENT, Neuro, Trauma Preferred
• Scrub, Peds EXP Preferred
• Floating Requirements: 4 call shifts a month and holidays required (vary from 6-12 hours)
• Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years
• Staffing Ratios: 1:1

Unit Information: Pediatrics to adults; 0-adulthood

• Level One pediatric Trauma center. staffed 24/7 for emergent cases
