Urgent Hiring: Med/Surg/Neuro Telemetry Float Registered Nurse/RN- Contract Opportunity
Location: Akron, OH
Shift:
- Nights- 19:00- 07:30
Weekly schedule:
- 3x12- 36 hours/week
- 13 week contract
Pay Rate:
- $59/hour
Local and Travel Registered Nurses Accepted. We are looking for a highly capable Medical Surgical/Neuro Telemetry Float Registered Nurse. In this role, your duties will include studying patient history, administering specialized treatment to critically ill patients, and keeping medical records. You will also be required to update family members on the medical condition of the patients.
28-bed unit. Ratios 1 to 4/5. This is a very busy neuro-tele unit. Must be proficient in stroke scales and caring for neuro type patients. This unit also houses our post-trauma patients so candidates must have experience in caring for these patients as well.
ACLS, BLS and NIH required for this position. Resume must include EPIC usage for the last 12 months or candidate will not be considered. Must have 2+ years of RN experience.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Neuro Telemetry
- Active RN license
- BLS,ACLS,NIHSS
